Rooms & Rates
Our 22 guesthouse rooms are located in 3 historic houses. The Greenleaf and O’Donnell houses are Queen Anne-style homes. Our main building, the Elliston, is a beautiful Italianate landmark on the National Register of Historic Places. The Elliston is also home to the Northwest Portland International Hostel, with a shared reception, common areas, our central guest kitchen, and outdoor courtyards and gardens. The 7 guesthouse rooms within the Elliston and the apartment are secluded on upper level.
Guesthouse Rooms
We offer five types of private rooms, all with shared bath. Linen and towels are provided.

Private Room with Single bed: $51 low season; $59 mid season, $67 peak time
Private Room with Double bed: $60 low season, $67 mid season, $79 peak time
Two-bed Private Room: $60 low season, $67 mid season, $79 peak time
Private Room with Queen bed: $67 low season, $76 mid season, $88 peak time
Family-style Room: $60 low season, $67 mid season, $79 peak time
All rates include the first 2 people; add $20 for each additional person over 14 years, or $10 for youth under 14. Add 12.5% lodging tax.
